 Missing Easter? Zodiac’s Arnie brings the season back with his Blood and Buns cocktail. By simply infusing some hot cross buns into vodka, you have a delicious base for his Blood and Bun cocktail. Balanced out by blood orange and yuzu, this is the drink of the season!

RECIPE

45ml Homemade Hot Cross Bun Vodka - made by infusing hot cross buns in vodka.

15ml Grand Marnier infused blood orange

60ml fresh-squeezed blood orange juice

30ml yuzu juice

20ml maple syrup

2 drops 20 per cent Saline Solution, dissolve two parts water into 10 parts water.

1 drop 5 per cent MSG Solution - dissolve 1/2 part MSG into 10 parts water.

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a highball. Serve with fresh ice, blood orange slices, and cinnamon.
